Refund Policy

• Please note that our refund policy applies only to payments made prior to the completion of services such as notarization of documents. Once services have been rendered, refunds cannot be issued. Refunds will only be considered if cancellation requests are made within the specified timeframe and in accordance with our cancellation policy.

  Other Refundable Eligibility

• Cancellation of Appointments: Should you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice, you may qualify for a refund on any prepayment made, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

• Unavailability of Service: In the event that we are unable to provide notary services due to unforeseen circumstances or an internal issue, you will receive a full refund, inclusive of the non-refundable deposit.

  Cancellation Policy & No Shows Notification of Cancellation

  No-Shows

  A "no-show" transpires when the signer fails to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notification or cancels with less than 24 hours' notice. In such instances, the appointment deposit is forfeited for the first occurrence of a no-show or cancellation within less than 24 hours. We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise; therefore, we will send you a reminder regarding the missed appointment and extend an opportunity to reschedule.

While we strive to accommodate all customer requests to the best of our ability, we appreciate your understanding that certain limitations may apply in order to maintain efficient operations and uphold the quality of our services.
